Frequently asked questions
- How does the two-part pricing work?
- Names are a one-time purchase — buy once, own forever. Transfer limit subscriptions are separate and billed yearly. You need at least a Starter subscription ($5/yr) for your name to be active.
- How do I pay?
- Send USDC on Ethereum mainnet to our treasury address. The payment is detected automatically via blockchain monitoring — no manual steps needed.
- Can I sell my name?
- Yes. You can list your name on the marketplace at any price. Buyers pay you directly in USDC, and we handle the name transfer. There is a 2% marketplace fee paid by the buyer.
- What happens when my subscription expires?
- Your name stays yours forever, but your payment page goes inactive until you renew. You never lose ownership of the name.
- Are there any fees on payments I receive?
- sendusd.to does not charge any fees on incoming payments. Stripe charges its standard onramp fees to the payer. You receive the full USDC amount.
- Do receiving limits apply to crypto-to-crypto transfers?
- No. Monthly receiving limits only apply to card (fiat) payments processed through Stripe. Crypto-to-crypto transfers sent directly to your wallet are always unlimited on every tier.
